Reasons for returns
- Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the production center. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the production center and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
- Returned by Customer
Before returning any items, you should contact our support center at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are not possible since we offer a size table. If you have any doubts before or after buying you can contact us.
- Products damaged in the mail
We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods together with the order number sent to email@example.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
